Review #2: This is my second review for Chapel Hill Florist. They have done it again. I purchased flowers as a get well, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The recipients loved it, and they said each and every flower was perfect. It brightened their day. Thank you so much for your attention to detail, creativity and care, CHF. 06/22/24 (Second photo) Review #1: I was extremely pleased with my experience! The person taking my order was attentive, polite and kind. The designer really took to heart what I had said, and created a beautiful sympathy arrangement for my friend who was also a floral designer before she moved here recently. When my friend called to thank me, the arrangement received rave reviews which she said she normally does not give. I am so thankful to Chapel Hill Florist for listening and following the guidelines I had set, and using their expert creativity to make us both look good. Thank you Chapel Hill Florist for the unique and beautiful arrangement! I now know you will be my go-to florist from now on. (First photo)

beautiful bouquet delivered timely and looked just like the picture! i had a bad experience sending my MIL flowers for her birthday last year from a delivery app so this year i made sure to go local and chapel hill florist did not disappoint

I ordered from Chapel Hill Florist blindly for my mom’s birthday this past week. I live out of state and in the past I’ve felt so uncertain about ordering flowers online, often being disappointed in the end. But I read some wonderful reviews and decided to give Chapel Hill Florist a shot. Let me say, I was BLOWN AWAY by these florals! The arrangement exceeded my expectations and my mom is so happy with her beautiful flowers. The vibrancy has lasted days and some flowers are still beginning to bloom. I’m so happy with my purchase and will absolutely only be using Chapel Hill Florist moving forward! 10 out of 10 experience!

Ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday. Normally I would have orchestrated everything and picked up everything but I was immobile due to a back injury I ordered from chapel hill florists the day before. Chapel Hill Florist’s arrangements continue their tradition of beautiful arrangements, and excellent customer service. We have received beautiful arrangements from them. My husband consulted with them for our special occasion. Doug exceeded his expectations and brought to life one of the most beautiful arrangements I have seen. My love of flowers has me following a few famous florists on Instagram. Doug’s talent is extraordinary, and worthy of him being amongst some of the same floral artists. Additionally, anyone you speak with in the store is kind, and accommodating.(Thanks Ken) CHF, keep up the great work. Bravo 👏🏼 (The pictures do not do this arrangement justice.)

The two flower arrangements that I ordered for my sister’s funeral on 4/29, were the prettiest arrangements I’ve ever purchased. The gentleman who took my order was patient and helpful in fulfilling the requests of our family. I cannot recommend Chapel Hill Florist enough. Pictured is one of the arrangements.

Chapel Hill Florist has been our local florist for decades, so I called them even though I now live out of state. Within 3 hours of my call, they delivered a beautiful arrangement to my family. The all-white floral array matched my special request. My family said it was stunning, fresh, and a real source of joy at a tough moment. Excellent service by this florist!
